With my background in Career and Technical Education and knowledge of adult learning principles applied in ILT and blended learning environments, I have a passion and love of helping learners reach organizational goals. As an instructional designer and eLearning developer, I enjoy finding a way to connect with learner's previous knowledge and interests to design and develop engaging meaningful content that will improve performance and meet company goals. Applied Instructional Design Certification
I earned the Applied Instructional Design Certification after completing a rigorous 9-month program through the Applied Instructional Design Academy. This certification involved over 400 lessons, extensive coaching, and hands-on experience with key instructional design tools and processes, including ID Fundamentals, Rise, Storyline, eLearning Development, and the Instructional Design Process. Throughout the program, I engaged in real-world learning activities, received detailed feedback, and iterated on multiple revisions to refine my skills.
